A top-flight prosecutor would know that the military operates under the UCMJ and not Constitutional Law, Carl and that many military requirements are vastly different than civil ones.
The recent #SCOTUS ruling protects #LGBTQ+ employees from discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. It’s time our nation’s armed forces provide the same protections. Our letter urging @DeptofDefense to rescind its #transgender service member ban
