Who's going to pay the premiums. 20 million Americans are unemployed. They need that money to feed the family.?

In many states the premiums are means adjusted. Some tie in w Medicaid. Obviously not all states. Is it perfect? Not close. Better than nothing? Absolutely and if available ppl need to look at it.
