You just made a very powerful point. If this were a "regular" jury trial, Sen. Graham would have a hard time getting on that jury because he is clearly already biased. GOP senators keep showing that, & any verdict they come up with that exonerates Trump will be tainted.

Just wondering since impeachment has so rarely ever happened...do any senators have to recuse themselves if there is a conflict of interest, or any type of issues that would impact their impartiality?
