Section two of the US Code for 2d amendment rights needs to more clearly define "members of the militia not in Natl Guard or Naval Militia". I'm thinking they actually meant retired veterans of the former two and members of the armed forces created after that law.

nope but nice try but this has been clearly defined, By US Code, all men between the ages of 17 and 45 are a part of the unorganized militia.
