It is legal if u enter thru a port of entry & u are escaping political persecution.. or war With asylum you also have to seek it in 1st county land in. You can fly from the Congo, land in Brazil & travel through 5 countries to America then say you claim asylum. U know this Lieu

Many of the so called asylum seekers are being offered Asylum in Mexico & refusing. If you are really in danger & fearing for your life in Honduras, why not accept it Mexico? The truth is, these are NOT asylum seekers, they are economic migrants trying to cut the line..
