PLEASE you must include county probation organization and state parole in those conversations... don’t over look the county probation depts please as they ended up supervising almost all the folks released from prisons earlier for various reasons. Could give referrals @CPPCA1

Just don't decriminalize breaking into peoples cars. Every other car on some streets have their windows smashed.

Relook at the low level “drug” convictions. That will help to empty the jails. Marijuana is now a ticket in many cases. Check those jails and prisons and start release proceedings for eligible folks.
