We need a law passed that the President, Vice President, Congress, Cabinet members, Representatives of our Governement and anyone working in the WH - all need to pass a test on what the Constitution says before they are allowed to take the job.
Question: Does our Constitution give @POTUS the power to declare war?
Answer: No

Rep. Lieu, I went to law school with Mr. Hook. He is a bright guy and was a member of the Federalist Society, if my memory serves me. He darn well knows the answer to your question, but sadly was not willing to answer. If he testifies again, ask him about his legal education.
