Gather all your donors and ask them to invest in land with tiny homes on acreage which would include a community garden growing fruits and vegs. All residents have to maintain the gardens which provide food for the homeless and counselors could help rehabilitate and educate them

Yes. California desperately needs affordable housing for low income & the middle class. We've lost affordable housings to gentrification & wealthy corporate buy outs. There should be affordable housing in e evert city even Beverly Hills.
