Yemen issue predate at least Obama Admin: credibility would have required a much sooner cognizance. Started with rebel attacks against Saudis from Yemen: rebels cared not about Yemen until the Yemen Gov objected. Objected when Saudis started firing back at rebels in Yemen.
The era of letting the crisis in #Yemen fall off the radar is over. Congress must act. Today @HouseForeign held a hearing to examine how we can address the current political and humanitarian challenges in Yemen.
