I'm a student, no income. ACA says I must apply to state for aid. I need coverage to get must-have meds for $200/mo instead of $600 (mfg only gives discounts to ppl w/insurance, but doesnt take insurance). State wont give me aid w/o proof of income. Pls fix these stupid laws.
