How about organizing some people to help the families with things like getting the kids to school/picked up etc? And assist with some very unpleasant paperwork? That kind of thing. If you are close, you are in a good position to help with these kinds of things. (I'm in NM)

The unfortunate reality is that anyone who voted for Repubs must take partial responsibility for any future mass shootings. THEY are responsible (not the gunman) for no real action on gun violence as much as anyone in government who can influence legislation. THEY have voted.
