I wish a Rep or Senator would draft legislation that is a bill of particulars - like: a POTUS shall not _______ (list 1 - 50 inappropriate acts that trump has either done or threatened to do). We never want this to happen again.
Do you know what's scarier than a great white shark? @POTUS being able to launch a nuclear first strike without Congressional approval!

Excellent idea! It should begin to get drafted now, as it happens. Stuff that is not illegal or toothless that goes on now and all agree is reprehensible. E.g., not releasing taxes.

Every time I remember that the president can send a nuclear strike anywhere in the world without anyone's approval I remember the importance of calling Congress regarding this bill. My Reps will get a call tomorrow!
