The symbolism IS the point, they don't ACTUALLY want to stop gun violence, they wouldn't be adding more restrictions to law abiding citizens if that were the case, the bulk of gun violence is committed by known felons
The survivors and families of survivors are counting on us to stop gun violence.
We will continue our fight until we enact change. Period. #HR8
