They should just bring them all in and after a period of one year possession should be forbidden. If they want to keep their guns they're criminals so you can lock them up and bring their children to a safer place. How we Dutch would fix this. Keep your guns vs keep your kids

The two stories are very different. I believe that Al Franken was railroaded but if you read this article, read the impeccable sourcing of the four women, and know the reputation of these two very professional journalists, it's hard to defend a hit job.

They must have had active shooter drills at my 10 yr old niece's school. I haven't asked her about it. I don't want her to see me cry. That she has to think about this breaks my heart. I can barely cope with the terrifying possibility, however small. How are kids expected to?

This is painful to know. Our children should not have to go through life with this very changeable fear every single day! Guns and guards necessary in America's schools? This is BEYOND ridiculous..and shouldn't be necessary..
