With all due respect, Congressman, there's a growing list of things that have happened over the past year that we believed the US Congress could *never* allow to happen "on our watch." Remember when Clinton was impeached for lying about a blow job? Man, those were the days.

I believe this is already in the works. They will use the Intelligence community’s findings to justify the move. They will wait until the 11th hour to start countermeasures against Russia, then claim it hasn’t been successful and the electoral system can’t be trusted.
