I waited 15 year's to become a legal resident 20 year's total to become a U.S citizen. Paid legal fees, followed the law, survived DV without gov assistance only family support, volunteered for year's, still do. The system does not work for all. Fix the system

My gf was brought over when She was 2... And there is currently no path to legality for those that came over without papers, even at age 2. Thats what the DREAM Act would give them for the 1st time. The fact they dont have a chance to apply for citizenship now is the whole point
