Good luck getting answers. I found out that @CoveredCA lied to me yesterday, just to get me off the line. They aren't helping. They just want to clear callers out of the queue.

I experienced the same via chat. Stay persistent, eventually got my answer. Also, sometimes it helps if you can talk to someone else. If I'm not getting answers, I call right back, fingers crossed I get another rep who's more helpful.

All set! But I’m very concerned. My health insurance rates are out of this world, and my work dropped Health Insurance 2 years ago so I don’t get help. I don’t want to not sign up for healthcare bc that’s what this administration wants...
