Rep. Swalwell, I have a serious chronic illness and can only take care of myself on a Phase III drug with huge costs. If they take away the medical deduction, I won’t be able to afford the medicine and I will revert back to being an invalid who needs daily care. Please help us.

Taxing scholarships and killing the medical deduction are particularly egregious. Both are plainly aimed at keeping the poor from being educated or the sick from getting care. So much malice at work. GOP should get voted out just for that.

Step one: Cut taxes for rich; drive up deficit. Step two: Use higher deficit to cut programs for everyone else.

How can this be logical. We know that the rich will keep their money, corporations will keep their money, while all others will help finance this and pay the price.

Are you saying big corporations that have been cash rich for years in an economy where wages have been flat for years won’t “trickle down” tax savings to little guy? How shocking! Wake up AMERICA!

Trickle down is always yellow and warm...
