To be fair, it's NOT JUST Trump, it's whole GOP wanting to punish non-Republicans GOP has floated eliminating deductions for state & local taxes, RE tax & mortgage interest for yrs. Eliminating those disproportionately hurts CA, NY, other typically blue areas w/Hi cost of living
