The very sad thing is POLICE WILL BE LESS LIKELY TO ENGAGE and because a large amount of violent crime in America is Blacks hurting Blacks, even MORE BLACK PEOPLE WILL SUFFER. All Lives Matter!

The taser was not a threat, it had been shot off twice so it was no longer armed. Plus he wasn't under arrest. Police forgot to tell him they were arresting him. No, police don't shoot with people in line at a drive thru for a minor infraction with a man with no weapon.

No they didn't. The one officer clearly told Brooks that he was too intoxicated to drive and he was going to be put under arrest. It's on the body cam.
