With most presidents, Bush, Reagan, if McCain or Romney had won, I’d agree. But Trump has repeatedly shown no restraints in attacking others, no matter how petty the comment or morally off-limits an issue should be, he just attacks. So I say let people say what they’re gonna say.

I think the point is, this will give Trumpists moral ground when they finally admit to themselves he’s got health issues. They’ll clutch pearls and collapse into fainting couches, declaring how terrible the Left is for their mockery of an unwell POTUS (HUGE hypocrisy, I know.)
