Millions of Americans, particularly in underserved communities, already wait hours on end to cast their vote. These long lines are a policy failure, but with the coronavirus, they could be a death sentence.

Pass a bill that requires a fair proportion of voting booths/machines in at every voting location based on number of registered voters. It's not fair that 300 voters in rural county get 6 machines and 30,000 in urban locale also get 6 machines.

With respect, all electronic voting machines can be hacked- we need the cheaper, more reliable, handmarked paper ballots that Republicans fear!

USA is Banana republic. Look to Canada. I’ve never waited longer than 15 minutes to vote and never outdoors in rain, sleet or snow. I’ve also worked at polling/voting stations in the past and in different cities.

I agree that the long lines are undemocratic. But, they aren't really a "policy failure". I would argue that they are the intended outcome of policies aimed at voter suppression. This is what the bastards want.
