It's time we stop tip-toeing around the white nationalist in our midst because we want to be "polite" or perhaps they used to be friends, colleagues or even allies. I'm mainly talking about media figures. They need to be fully exposed and held accountable.
Most valuable content on social media = solutions. We’re all outraged. But what do you we do? What are you willing to do to bring change? I’m introducing legislation to tie federal funding to diverse hiring/body cams/de-escalation training. But there’s so much more to do. Share.

Enforce existing laws when police and politicians break them. Pass a law that prohibits and repeals any law that does not apply to politicians. Pass a law that requires all of Congress to be on the same healthcare and retirement plan as citizens. Pass lobbying reform.

1. Remove white supremacists from our police depts. 2. Demilitarize the police — physically & psychologically. 3. Eliminate qualified immunity. 4. Require police depts to stop allowing officer conduct that would result in firing in any other workplace. 5. Hire more women & POC.

This might be out there, but payout of police brutality lawsuits should come out of police pension funds. Chicag paid $800 million out from 2005 to 2018. That shouldn't ever be the citizens cross to bear.
