Eric, for all the taxes that CA voters pay, how about Bay Area Dems hold a weekend conference in Aug. or later on REGIONAL gov't: cooperation as the far west is doing on Covid19, reopening, and I hope stockpiling. Ask Robert Reich at Cal to have UC host (my alma mater).

Unfortunately, the bought and paid for GOP will never let it happen.
