Most of us still remember everything about that day—where we were, what we wore, how we felt. I was a senior in high school & will never forgot the shock I experienced. 21 years later and we have done next to nothing to prevent even more tragedies like this. We must do better.

I lived down the street from Columbine. I was home that day. I remember the sirens. Sirens are ominous to me now. I will never forget that spring day.

We need common sense legislation not banning guns. Close loopholes Universal Background Checks on ALL sales Mandatory 7 day waiting period Yes people will still break laws. What is the alternative? No laws?

Murder is against the law. People still commit murder. So the answer to lowering murder rates is make murder legal. That is their exact same argument for not fixing broken gun laws. It sounded like propaganda even when I was a kid.

I remember that day. One of my college roommates was from Columbine. His little brother hid in a lunch room closet and thankfully escaped. It’s been far too long with far too little done.

And we STILL haven't done anything. I want all citizens to give up their weapons and the only one you get is a hunting rifle. But you will have to prove you need it, register it, license it and yourself after a thorough background check.

I got it. Tax all ammo like cigarettes. Some places have a 300% or more tax on a product that, when used correctly, will harm you. Ammo, when used correctly, will cause grievous injury or death. Conservatives get their guns, Progressives get to fund programs, everyone wins.

Thank you for remembering Eric. Hard to believe that in 21 years we could not make any changes necessary to keep kids and teachers safer in schools.

Yes we should barge right in and just remove everyone's gun from them. Well except those in the ghetto they shoot back. Cant hardly take theirs.
