What hospital is this? Is it in the Bay Area? Is this something those of us at home could do if we bought the supplies at a hardware store?

Rep Swalwell, you may want to be more specific who you are asking: restoration and remediation companies. THEY have the N95 masks. Only issue is that many will not have the replacement cartridges necessary, as our industry uses them when we are doing mold/asbestos jobs.
