. @RepSwalwell, I always agree with you but with all due respect, I will be unable to vote because my son has a compromised immune system and I can't risk exposure. I didn't know this was going to happen so I don't think I can use an absentee ballot at this point. Other options?
Very valid concern. And wishing you and your son good health. I think they should extend the absentee period for your family and any family like it.

It was mentioned during the address that if the date for voting is changed to June 2 then absentee voting will be possible until then by going to the state website to request a ballot.
They are doing exactly that. Till June 2nd.
