Rep. Eric Swalwell Retweeted Senator Rand Paul

I remember when I was a prosecutor and jurors asked the defendant to sit in their section of the courtroom. It’s actually more common than you think.https://twitter.com/RandPaul/status/1220044726407176192 …

There's no way Trump could sit there and keep quiet. BTW, how is it OK that GOP senators reportedly walked out during the first Schiff presentation. How are they allowed to vote later if they didn't listen? Jurors have to be there every minute of the trial. Please explain.

He couldn’t sit there and listen that long. He can’t even do it for short briefings.. give me a break.. he has an attention span of a 2 year old..

I seriously doubt Trump would be able to stay silent so it could be interesting to watch him have to be removed from the chamber.

Ok, so this would actually be a good litmus test of where his mind is these days. In previous situations where he has had to be in a courtroom he not only behaved himself, he *TOLD THE TRUTH*. If he can't control himself it would be pretty clear he's lost the plot.

If they could just get Kavanaugh on the bench, it would be the trifecta of corruption.

The T Impeachment reminds me of the Kavanaugh proceedings - tgread the needle with enough appearance of officiousness to hide its fundamental illegitimacy. It’s scary to see how our government has been so hijacked.

And I heard from someone at the trial that Rand Paul took out a crossword puzzle this morning and put it on the table. What arrogance!

Agreed & Senators are JUST AS Accountable to voters! Thus WE, the Voters deserve to know EXACTLY WHO IS NOT there listening to EACH SIDE! Elections have consequences, GOD knows we learned that, but trump should NOT BE acquitted by US Senators who didn't BOTHER TO HEAR THE CASE!
