No. @renato_mariotti is right. You move to withdraw it. The judge has to approve it. Prediction: it won’t be approved.
I say all of this as a former prosecutor. With deep respect for reporters who cover the courts. And understand the interpretation.
In hindsight, I wish I had added "has asked to withdraw" from my original tweet because I understand the confusion and that most people are unaware that to withdraw a plea requires judicial approval. I appreciate everyone's feedback.

If the judge doesn’t approve a guilty plea then he’s done. Also based on what former prosecutors @renato_mariotti and @RepSwalwell are saying the judge Sullivan MAY significantly increase his prison sentence.
