Worth noting: it took @RepJerryNadler and House Judiciary nearly four months after release of the Mueller Report to go to court on the McGahn issue. Imagine if they had gone to court after, say, only one month. We'd likely be done with appeals, or nearly so, by now.
I get this argument. But before going to court we had to work through “accommodations” process, to demonstrate we had tried to negotiate access/testimony. Had we gone straight to court we would have been told to try & sort it out first. Still, major issue is how slow courts move.

It’s a huge issue and not a great endorsement of our judicial system that something of such importance can be dragged out for months and months as a political strategy.

If we had an honest administration none of this would be happening. What's scary is their ability to refuse to turn over documents and testimony. We must persue all of them and all the testimony to stop future presidents from this fallacy. The courts should make this priority.

I'd rather too slow than too fast. Still, steps need to be taken to prevent participants in the process from using the time to avoid testimony, submission of evidence, etc.

What the Republicans are doing is gaming the system and when these Judges get these cases they are pissed and keep handing Bill Barr his head. He needs to be disbarred or impeached. He's the worst Attorney General we've ever had. No-one agrees with his legal theories. He's crazy.
