Take care of the one-year-old 100%, let the two year-old go without a bath (it really doesn't matter, as two year-olds are dirty ten minutes later anyway), and close the curtains so the dog can't see the turkey. You're welcome
A one-year-old with a double ear infection, a two-year-old who won’t take a bath and a dog that won’t stop barking and growling at the giant inflatable turkey across the street....I guess that’s one way to spend a Sunday!

If closing the curtain doesn't work, put some peanut butter in the bottom of a cup and let the dog work for a treat. It will distract him.
