I was watching this and my heart was so heavy for Amb. Yovanovitch. She was clearly very upset by the question; she and her family have been through the wringer. I’m glad the question was asked. I hope the ambassador knows that many of us appreciate her and her service.
The witnesses we are hearing from are real people. They risk their safety & the safety of their families when they step into the public light.
