The notion that military service alone makes someone worthy of respect is a canard.
Rep. Collins and Amb. Taylor are both military veterans. And we should be grateful to both for serving. But yesterday, only one of them acted professionally. Agree and here is a perfect example... A decorated Veteran with VALOR like Ambassador Taylor, in this moment, deserves our respect. A Veteran like Doug Collins, who dishonors one of his fellow servicemen in a childish fashion during this solemn time in history, does not.

Their behavior is liken to someone who is losing an argument with someone who is articulate, has all of their ducks in a row and prepared to present a solid case. When their ability to argue is seriously lacking, they resort to name calling, deflecting & projecting.
