Rand Paul was too scared to break the law...so he was goading others to do it. They know very well that attacking a whistleblower is like playing with fire. Thank you for strengthening that precedent. This whistleblower is a national hero.

Look up Ex Post Facto and the Constitution. While what has been done to this Whistleblower, if this is in fact the real name, is horribly wrong, retroactive laws are a horrible precedent to set.
