Investigate PG&E. They are a monopoly and paid dividends rather than upgrade and improve. They are punishing us because if their negligence- that caused many, many deaths.

California PSPS is probably a Trump plan to destroy California for retribution. Someone should check. No power will cost billions a day to the California economy. Food etc is going to rot. People will die. No power to industry & people is insane. We need to rebuild after Trump.
