Congress needs to use its authority. Immediate consequence for refusing to testify of arrest by Sergeant of arms & being held in contempt, will show future Witnesses that there are consequences, & it will help Americans to take the process & congress's oversight power seriously

Thanks, you are correct. Congress is in process of obtaining subpoena , so if he defies the subpoena hopefully they will use their powers of enforcement
