He threatened to kill someone. You can make a point about guns without doing he did. Just because he’s in public office doesn’t make it acceptable.

I actually don't like his tweet. But I think it's disingenuous to call it a death threat. It's the equivalent to "come and take it." It's provocative, but really doesn't come close to a "death threat" imho. Certainly not enough to justify taking away a constitutional right
