Ok, but you only get the exact type of guns that they had in the 1790s.

Sir, I am a New Yorker and a mother. The life of my child or anyone else's far outweighs your right to own a gun without regulation. I've already lost a son because of his Army service. I am not about to lose another because you feel entitled.

@BrsicoeCain should be censured by the House for his remark. This is no different to incitement and the words that the El Paso shooter used echoing the Presidents opinions. House Representatives have a duty to 'set an example' not to be the example.

I think he's part of the Texas State House, not Congress.

I’m still waiting for just one of the 2A crowd to explain how “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State” means everyone can have a machine gun. To me, a well regulated militia sounds like the Army/Marine Reserves, or the State Guard units.

Secret Service should be knocking on BriscoeCain’s door. This is completely unacceptable. Proof that assault rifles should only be available for military!

At minimum they need to confiscate Briscoe Cain's guns until he goes through some psychological evaluations.
