Nukem come on man, didn't you learn a big lesson in that failed campaign for President? If you don't understand the concept that the Bill of Rights is intended to restrict you, the government, from infringing on the citizen's rights, including to bear arms, go back to high school

What exactly is an "assault weapon"? I agree that civilians shouldn't have weapons of war or 100 round magazines. Most "assault weapons" are simply semi-automatic rifles. A ban and Buy Back would include every rifle manufactured since the late 1800s.
