We can: Ban and buy-back EVERY assault weapon in America.
Or...
We send our children to school without knowing if they’ll come home...say a prayer at our houses of worship without knowing if it will be our last...and go community events fearing for our lives.

Does anyone remember that we did ban assault weapons in 1994? It had a 10 year sunset provision, and the ban was not renewed. Anyone want to talk about how that has worked out for us? We should pass the law again, and have a buyback program, and of course have background checks.
