Please include in it a provision to vacate any lifetime appointments made by a president AFTER committing any crimes for which the president is subsequently convicted.

a President is indictable. Law is the entire premise if our society. We must legislation to clear up any confusion.

Moreover, there is a difference with 'indicting' and enforcement of said indictment. The way it ought to work, is that a POTUS may be indicted, and that indictment ought to initiate an automatic impeachment trial - skipping the house recommendation going directly to the Senate.

I agree, get rid of it. If they commit a crime, then Congress needs to move & charge them with what ever crime they committed & if guilty..jail. Might bring reality to a few. Also AG shouldn't have power over Congress' oversight.
