The millennials that I know don’t know that he was instrumental in shrinking nuclear weapons arnd the world , and he wanted ZERO! Also he worked with a totally different congress not these greed mongers of today.
I join Hoosiers in mourning the passing of Senator Richard Lugar. He is a monument to bipartisanship at home and peace across the world through arms treaties. He will be missed.
