Can we pass the Equal Right Amendment? This still blows my mind. With the Nationalist Movement they are trying like hell to hold us back. I do thank you for speaking up for women.

We need one more state to ratify. I am working Florida. If you live in a state that hasn't ratified, start pushing.

Employee salaries should be public info. Companies get away with this because they perpetuate the idea that people should not talk about their raises or salaries. They often pretend there will be a repercussion for discussing salaries. This is the game designed they created.

Unequal pay is a myth. It compares the avg pay of all men compared to the avg pay of all women. Men have higher avg salaries because they go into higher risk fields like finance. Men also take less time off work and are more aggressive with demanding raises.

The military is probably one of the only places that gender is not considered. My daughter and son in law are both E-7's in the military. They both get paid the same. It should be like that everywhere.

Equal pay for equal work is a myth long debunked. When all variables are controlled for there is no statistical significant difference. There is a wealth gap, not a pay gap. Stop conflating the two. It’s dishonest and turns people off
