4/ I didn't see Nelson eat a brownie -- that would be direct evidence. But when I returned, he had crumbs on his shirt, and chocolate on his lips and fingers. That would be considered circumstantial evidence that Nelson ate a brownie.

Burr is in the gang of 8, just like Warner, which means they both had the skinny on Trump before he was elected.
For Burr to say what he did yesterday means that not only is he stalling but also he’s compromised.
Senator Burr jumped on team Trump knowing Trump was a criminal. 
Burr got more money from the NRA than any other Senator except Tillis. Burr went on the July 4 trip to Russia. He should not be heading this investigation.
"Nelson" is so screwed. "Nelson" can scream "BAKE NEWS - NO COLLUSION" all he wants. Dad has evidence that can't forget, change its mind, spin or disappear. Any trial lawyer will tell you circumstantial evidence is the more persuasive evidence no matter what the instructions say.
