All states combine data. So for example the Vegas shooter wouldn't have been able to amass his large cache of weapons that he did by buying in different states. Would have been red flagged

C'mon America. Australia is about as nut-case machismo as it gets, and THEY fixed this. (Yes I am an amazingly good shot/targets not people.) Australia 2014/ 238 gun deaths.
