Think about this: Trump declares a state of Emergency, uses military to build wall, pitting him against civilian leadership. Contradicting orders are issued, confounding the chain of command (again). FoxNews/Trump call it a coup and a bloody conflict ensues. Far fetched?
Not far-fetched at all. He's itching for an opportunity to do exactly that, IMO. If you follow @sarahkendzior you know he's been following the dictator's playbook, and that scenario is not unlikely.
