Someone jumped the fence and ran into the west wing a couple years back, this proving walls don’t work. Surprised no one has tunneled under it yet though.

Well considering it’s a building, by its nature it’s made of walls so yes I do remember seeing walls. I don’t recall seeing Congress working outside these “walls” where anyone could just walk up to them.

I also recall having to go into an underground visitor center entrance to even enter the building so it’s seems like there are plenty of “walls,” “chokepoints,” or “barriers” to keep me out.

Do US citizens get that kind of leniency if they break the law either civilly or criminally?!

The Capitol I visited had walls. They forced people to go through the designated monitored entryways to gain access. It's actually quite a clever design, the walls and doors thing. Somewhat ancient, but seems to work well. You are not terribly bright, are you?
