The #StateOfTheUnion drains considerable resources from law enforcement officials who already aren’t getting paid. There should be no speech until #TrumpShutdown ends. If @realDonaldTrump wants 45 minutes at the Capitol, he can go see @SpeakerPelosi & work to re-open government.

Or Nancy could start a little negotiation process by actually sitting down with OUR President and agree to fund a border barrier as she has already agreed to in the past. SHE could end this in a day but would rather play politics than protect Americans.

And if Donald would actually provide a cost breakdown for the $5.7 billion, instead of ONLY providing the cost breakdown for the $1.6 billion he's already been allocated - then things would happen. But you won't want to acknowledge that I expect.
