No relationship exists between gas prices and Trump's willingness to condemn the Saudis. Oil is a commodity that rises and falls on supply and demand. Unless we're contemplating a global oil embargo of the Saudis (and no one is), strong words shouldn't affect gas prices.

He was being sarcastic. Of course they are not connected. And the last thing Saudis want is lower gas prices so Trump and his propaganda makes not a damn sense in the world.

Yes, I understand. Just trying to make a point: Money may be behind Trump's unwillingness to condemn the Saudis, but it doesn't have anything to do with gas prices or defense contracts.
