Assault is an action, not a weapon type, I can assault you with a marshmallow, it does not make it an assault marshmallow.

He thinks because Dems won the House back they’re going to implement all these Socialist policies! First, it must go through Senate, then to President, if President vetoes, they must have 2/3 to override! Not to mention the SCOTUS implications, but you go ahead and dream!

This is a bad copy of our idiotic state law that was just passed here in WA state. It is heading to the federal courts to be overturned because it is in gross violation of several rights.
